All items are made & shipped right from my studio in Ohio.

How long will it take to receive my order?

jessicaNdesigns will be closed December 18th - January 4th so that we can enjoy the holidays with our families! No production or shipping will take place during that time. Messaged will be answered within 48 business hours.

CURRENT PRODUCTION TIME: Production time is 7-10 business days. Your order will be scheduled to ship around 14 calendar days from the date the order is placed. This does not include announced shop closures, holidays, or weekends. Production time is subject to change at any time and without notice. Production time does not include shipping times.

PRODUCTION FOR STACKING RINGS IS 10-14 BUSINESS DAYS. Since we make the rings from start to finish by hand, they do take a few extra days to complete. Please allow 14 business days for any order containing rings to be processed.

During our annual ring sale, production time bumps up to 3-4 weeks for stacking rings due to the volume sold during the sale.

If you need your order sooner than that, you can add a rush by purchasing this listing and choose Priority Shipping when you check out. Typically, rush orders can be shipped the following business day and Priority Shipping is quoted, not guaranteed, at 2-3 business days. Please note that even with a rush, rings are a 3-5 day production time. Standard holidays and closures do apply to rush shipping times so if you add a rush over a holiday, your order will not ship until the following business day.

Rush Orders are not valid during the month of December due to order volume.

Shipping Policies

Domestic packages are shipped via First Class USPS and include tracking but not insurance. If you would like to purchase insurance please visit our Gift Wrap & More section. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. If you opt to not purchase insurance then please be aware that if your package is lost OR damaged through the Postal Service, jessicaNdesigns is unfortunately not responsible for it. I will not refund or reship. We cannot be held responsible for uninsured packages that are damaged, lost or delayed by the USPS.

International packages: We can ship internationally. Please send us an email if you'd like to place an international order.

Please make sure your billing address and shipping address are correct at the time of check out. We are not responsible for things shipped to the wrong address if they are incorrectly entered during the check out process. If anything is returned for this reason, you will be charged to have it reshipped.


All silverware is vintage silver and will naturally tarnish over time. You can keep the silverware shiny with a polishing cloth or polishing wax.

The darkening process is non-toxic but not permanent. To prevent the darkening from fading, we recommend gently handwashing and drying all pieces immediately after use.

We do not recommend putting your silverware in the dishwasher. This will cause the darkening to fade quickly and the silverware to tarnish.

Jewelry should be kept clean and dry. We do not recommend wearing any of our jewelry in the shower, swimming pool, or anywhere else that would be prolonged exposure to water, as this will cause it to tarnish.



Jessica is in her studio most weeks on Monday - Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM stamping away on orders and creating new pieces. Skye answers emails within 24-48 business hours. We do not work on weekends except in very extenuating circumstances.

There is no production or shipping on holidays, weekends, or announced shop closures. Please check our production times for current shop closure announcements.

Is your silverware new?
NO! These pieces are previously used, authentic vintage pieces. They are not "vintage like" or "vintage look". I use only the best of what is sourced for me. However, since these pieces have all had a previous life they will show signs of use such as dings, scratches, imperfect tines, and pitting. If shiny new silverware is what you are after then these are not for you!

Do you stamp these by hand?
I hand stamp each letter one at a time. Therefore, letters & numbers will not be perfectly straight or perfectly lined up. Each impression will and some letters or numbers may be a lighter or deeper impression as I am not a machine press. But who wants that anyway? Give me imperfect, handmade character any day!



For Spoons, Wedding Collection, Jewelry, Key Chains and Other Hand Stamped Pieces:

I take great pride in my work & put my heart and soul into every piece. I enjoy creating beautiful pieces and providing excellent customer service. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on orders that have been stamped or customized in anyway. Please be sure to read the detailed description of the item you are purchasing as it gives information about the type of pieces I sell and what you can expect to receive. Returns of non-customized items will be assessed on a case by case basis and will only be refunded in store credit.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your item please contact me and we will do our best to make sure you are happy with your items.

For Apparel

All apparel (tees and pullovers) can be exchanged or returned for a store credit within 14 business days. If you are unhappy with the size you receive we are happy to exchange it for you. If you mistakenly order the wrong shirt or wrong size, because each tee is screened to order, there will be a $5 restocking fee. jessicaNdesigns is not responsible for shipping charges on returns or exchanges.

For Coffee Mugs

We take great care in packaging and shipping our coffee mugs to you so that they arrive in perfect condition. However, mistakes do happen. All mugs are shipped via Priority USPS with $50 insurance. If your mug arrives broken, please file a claim on the USPS website. You will need your tracking number and pictures as proof of the damage. Let us know if there is anything we can do to assist in the process.
